How to Book our Home
We have booked our home directly for 10+ years without problems. You keep your word and we will keep ours.
First, check our reservation calendar to make sure the days you want are available.
Fill out our contact form and I will reply by email. Follow the procedure below to get your reservation on our rental calendar.
To reserve Villa Mateo, please email the names of each person who will be staying at the house. Note who is an adult and who is a child along with the age of the child. Indicate the exact dates you are requesting. Include your mailing address and phone number including the area code. This information will be listed in the rental contract. We also need a copy of your government issued ID. Take a picture of your driver's license or passport and email it to me or send a copy with the signed rental contract.
Once we receive your information I will fill out a rental contract and email a link to the contract on Google Documents. You can click on the link and then print out the contract. Look it over, sign it and then mail it to us along with a check for the rent.
We will mark the week you are requesting as "Tentative" on our rental calendar until the rental contract and rental fee check are received. Once that occurs, the calendar will be marked "Reserved." We will then email you a link to our "Welcome Package" with additional details about the house.
The full rental fee is due 45 days before your stay at Villa Mateo. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks or a money order for the rental fee. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards or Paypal.
